Are you worried about the fine lines and wrinkles on your face?
Today’s show will be talking about 3 easy ways to get rid of wrinkles and fine lines. How to get rid of wrinkles fast!
I always thought that fine lines and wrinkles was something that women get, maybe when we’re in our 40’s, and 50’s, and 60’s, and I’m all about aging gracefully. But we don’t have to look older than we really are, right? I started getting crow’s feet when I was in college. In college, guys. I mean, that is super early and I have no idea why. But looking back on my photos when I would laugh really hard, I would have these massive crow’s feet on my eyes. I was super embarrassed about them, there’s nothing like crow’s feet and fine lines to make you feel older than you are, right? And I know that I want to look young even though I’m 60 or 70. Who doesn’t?
I’m not against like going under the knife, or getting surgery, but I want to kind of postpone that for as long as possible.
What are three easy ways to get rid of wrinkles on face?
1) Use a really great moisturizer
When you moisturize your face properly and your skin is properly hydrated, it’s going to make your skin look plumper and help to mask those fine lines and wrinkles. And as we age, our skin actually is easier for us to have dry skin. Keep hydrated, drink lots of water.
2) Use Quality Skincare with Peptides
The second really easy step that we can take is find a really good skincare that has peptides in it, which are just these tiny, tiny chains of proteins that our skin can actually absorb and help us rebuild that collagen that we need from skin. And if you don’t know what collagen does, it’s like having a tall building. If you don’t have good foundation and good infrastructure for that building, that building is going to warp. It’s going to do all things that you don’t want to do. So collagen in our skin does the same thing. It keeps our skin really firm, nice looking, and we want really good collagen. Peptides, get stuff with lots of antioxidants in there and retinol, that’s all good stuff.
3) Protect Your Skin From The Sun
Something else we can do, protect your skin ladies, protect your skin from the sun. I do believe to be healthy, we need to be in the sun. It helps us with the vitamin D production etc. etc.. But you don’t need to go in the middle of the day where the sun can be so harsh. Try early morning around dusk time. That’s when the sun is nice and gentle. You can still get a bit of sun in and the sun is definitely very healing. But yes, it can harm our skin because of all the UV.
Find a skincare with really good sunscreen cover, or a separate sunscreen. Use SPF 30. And if you do go out in the sun, it’s something that you need to reapply every two to four hours. So don’t think that just because you apply sunscreen in the morning, that you’re going to be protected all throughout the day because you’re going to need to reapply it.
And if you’re wearing makeup and you don’t want to put sunscreen on top of your makeup, you can actually get really great skin-colored sunscreen powder that you can actually put over your makeup. So you can’t see it. It’s not creamy. It doesn’t mess up your makeup, and it gives you that extra protection.
